Suhana Paneer Chilli

Ingredients required: 150g paneer (Cottage Cheese), cut into 1 rectangular pieces; 1 medium capsicum and 1 medium onion, diced; 1 medium carrot, cut into slices; Entire packet of Suhana Paneer Chilli Ready Mix; 2 tbsp oil; Cup / 450 ml water

Steps:
- Heat oil in a pan, add cut vegetables and saut for a minute.
- Add water and Suhana Paneer Chilli Ready Mix, stir well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add paneer and cook for 2 minutes or till the sauce thickens. Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.

Suhana Tip:
- Make delicious chilli chicken by adding fried chicken instead of paneer.
