• Instructions for use.: Boil water for ten to fifteen minutes in an open container and dip the moist pack in it . The water level should be kept up to 3/4th full of water or slightly over the top of the pack.
• Please make sure that container should be clean. Take out moist pack and hang it for soaking the water then wrap it in a towel adequately. Apply it on the affected area. When the treatment is complete the pack can be reheated or stored for later use.
