- Made by the Vedic bilona method in small batches, using ONLY 100% PURE A2 GIR COW MILK, our handmade ghee is truly special.
- We collect the butter after churning homemade yogurt and delicately heat it over a clay stove and slow flame fuelled by cow dung. The remaining golden liquid is pure, Gir cow bilona ghee.
- Prized as a delivery system for nutrients from food to be delivered at the cellular level, it contains prebiotics, aids in digestion, and is known to support a healthy balance over-all.
