  • Traditionally, soy sauce is used as a universal table sauce, in pickling, stir fry dishes, or as a dressing to any dish by substituting salt. Its an all-purpose seasoning for your kitchens, it can be used for various styles of cooking.
  • Meishi Soy Sauce is naturally brewed. A traditional and delicate process that takes months. Only selected, natural ingredients are used to produce a pure, subtle, savoury taste, which is totally different from non-brewed soy sauce.
  • Allergen notice: Contains Soybeans and Wheat.
  • Ingredients: Water 33.5%, Soybean 25.5%, Wheat 23%, Salt 17.2%, Dextrose 0.5%. Preservative Sodium Benzoate (INS 211). Flavour enhancers : Monosodium Glutamate (INS 621), Disodium 5Ribonucleotide (INS 635).Country of Origin Thailand.
