"A simple traditional Gujarati Pickle made with lemon. The pickle is prepared with the traditional recipe which has been passed over generations which ensures the homemade taste. It has got a sour flavour with a South Indian Twist. It can be enjoyed with Thepla, parantha, roti or can be relished with any gujarati snacks. This pickle is simple prepared by marinating the lemon cut into quarters and stuffed with turmeric and salt matured by storing in direct sunlight for a week whereby the moisture from the lemon is drawn by salt and thickened over time. "
