Dalia :- Roast our instaGOURMET Multigrain Dalia in a pan.
Take one Spoon of oil in a cooker. Heat it
Add chopped onion , saut it till it turns pink.
dd ginger garlic paste or even use instaGOURMET (ginger dust and garlic dust) sprinkle it.
Add small chopped pieces of tomato and stir it for 2-3 minutes.
Add Cut vegetables (Optional) ,turmeric, red chilli powder and salt as per your taste.
Mix well and add the roasted dalia to it. Add warm water to it as per the consistency you want.
Cooker it for 3-4 whistles. Your multigrain dalia ( Porridge) is ready. Serve hot.
JOWAR MULTIGRAIN FLOUR :- You can make Thalipeeth ( Thepla) with this instaGOURMET Jowar Multi Grain Flour.
Add 225ml of water to our 225gm Jowar multi grain flour. Let it rest for 10 min.
You can also add vegetables to it to make it more nutritional and tasty.
Make thalipeeth/thepla as usual you make.
