Organic wheat grown using manure of Indigenous cows only. No Pesticides, Urea or Chemicals were used. The whole wheat is grinded at Hetha in a small chakki at low rpm. We do not separate wheat bran or embryo from the wheat. The wheat flour hence formed is of high quality and retains its nutrition. Wheat variety : DBW 17 from PUSA.
