Direction for Use: Mix 1 measure of desi foodees Rava Idli mix with 1/2 measure sour curd into smooth batter. keep it aside for 5 mins. Lightly grease a set of Idli moulds with oil, Stie the batter gently and pour evenly in each mould Steam the batter in an Idli cooker or Idli vessel on medium to high flame for 15 mins. Serve hot.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve with hot sambhar and coconut chutney.

Makes 34 (17 Serves) Idli of approx. 40g each.
