Dosage:-
For the best slimming results, you need to take 3-4 cups of tea every day. and are meant to be used 2-3 times over a period of around 8 hours.
Storage:-
These are in an air-tight elegant tin to avoid any exposure to air and moisture. Since these teas are made of whole leaves and buds, these release their extracts quite slowly.
After straining tea leaves, you can simply cover tea leaves in a bowl. There is no need to put these in the refrigerator.
