Chicken Pieces : 1000g 3. Egg :2 Nos METHOD OF PREPARATION 1. Take chicken in a mixing bowl. 2. Take beaten egg in another bowl. 3. Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg. 4. Coat it with chicken mix. 5. Fry in hot oil till obtaining golden brown crust. 6. Drain excess oil. Tips 1. Set deep fryer temperature at 160- 170C. 2. Use palm or sunflower oil for better taste. * Dont add water or egg to the mix
