Chef Solutions Hot & Spicy Marinade is a contemporary blend of peppery heat and chilli spiciness to give a balanced heat on your menu. Made using Wayanad pepper and naga chillies. Master tailored for culinary professionals with diverse applications. Usage: Marination of Veg and Non Veg Dishes, Puff & Spring Roll Fillings, Grilling, Burger & Pizza toppings, Stuffing's, Spicy Rice, etc. Directions for Use: Prepare the marinade by making an emulsion with 40 gms of CS marinade with 100 ml oil and water for every one kg meat. Marinate the meat with made emulsion for atleast 4 hours prior to cooking. Above marinated meat may be cooked using grilling method, pan fried, or breaded and fried. For Burger and stuffing: Use it as a dry powder 30 gms per kg of raw meat or vegetables.
