Spread 1 medium sized ladel of batter on the oil smeared tava. Add 1 tsp of cooking oil and fry it till it turns golden brown

Directions for Use: Take 1 measure of Adukale Menthya Dosa mix and blend it well with 1 measures of water to create a smooth batter. Set it aside for 20-30 minutes. (Note: A measure can be a cup or container of your choice.) Smear a small amount of cooking oil on a heated tava. Spread 1 medium-sized ladle of batter on the oil-smeared tava. Add 1 tsp of cooking oil and fry until the dosa turns golden brown. Serve hot with your choice of Adukale Chutney powders. Gently rub the tava with a damp cloth to cool the surface.
